Pilot access for accounting offices

The entries are drafted. You just check them.

LedgerKite reads invoices and bank statements, proposes entries in each company’s own chart of accounts and rules, and writes the import file for Microinvest Delta, Ajur, Business Navigator, WorkFlow, Plus Minus, or Mirage SQL.

  • For Windows
  • Data stored in the EU
  • From €39/month excl. VAT
Illustration of the app with sample data.

The app prepares. The accountant decides. Documents are read as they are filed, entries are proposed in each company’s own chart of accounts, and the file goes into the program your office already uses. You review only what needs reviewing.

01

Reading

PDFs, photos, scans, Word and emails from Outlook — every document is read and filed under its company.

02

Entries

Debit, credit and VAT account in the company’s chart of accounts. The company’s rules apply first.

03

Export

An import file for the accounting program — or XLSX, CSV and PDF to read.

Filing and reading

Every document, read and filed

Number, dates, counterparty, EIK and amounts are read as documents are filed. A low- or medium-confidence document you open beside its fields, compare and confirm.

  • PDFs, photos and scans
  • Word invoices and Outlook emails
  • Move to another company, history kept
  • Issue the company’s own invoices

Control

The final word is yours

You sign the books, so the app proposes rather than decides. Every row says how sure it is and why — and accounts can be edited before export.

  • No high confidence, no entry
  • “auto” only on an unambiguous chart and counterparty
  • Rules by supplier and by reference
  • The reason sits beside every stopped row

Export

Straight into the company’s program

Each company in the office may use a different program. Export offers the ones you ticked for it, and “Mark as accounted” unlocks only once the file is written.

The office

Built for an office, not one computer

Owner and accountants, one account per computer, an audit trail for every action.

Audit trail

Every action goes into a hash-chained trail — each record carries a fingerprint of the one before. The owner reads it under “Activity”.

One person, one computer

A second sign-in is refused while the first is working. The owner can end a session at once.

Owner and accountants

Accounts exist only by invitation. The owner manages people and companies.

Totals as a check

Count, net, VAT and gross cover the whole filter — a quick check against the VAT ledgers.

Wrong company? Move it.

The document moves with its file and history and is read again against the right EIK.

Issue invoices

An invoice the company issues is typed beside its live preview and filed as a sale.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does the app post entries by itself?

No. It proposes entries and writes an import file. You review them, import the file into your program, and only then mark the documents as posted.

Which accounting programs does it work with?

Microinvest Delta, Ajur, Business Navigator, WorkFlow, Plus Minus, Mirage SQL. Today the import file is written for Microinvest Delta — a text file for Delta Pro or Excel for Import Filters — and for Business Navigator; the other programs are coming. Plus XLSX, CSV and PDF to read.

Which documents does it accept?

Invoices as PDFs, photos and scans, Word (.docx), and emails saved from Outlook (.eml) — the attached invoice is what gets filed. Bank statements as PDF or image.

What happens to a low-confidence document?

You open it next to its fields, compare, correct what is needed and confirm it. Until then it stays out of the entries.

Does it run on a Mac?

No. The app is for Windows, because the accounting programs it imports into are Windows programs too.

What does it not do yet?

It does not match payments to invoices, read a mailbox (saved .eml files are accepted), accept statements as XML, MT940 or CSV, produce a SAF-T file, or run on a phone.

What happens to the archive if I leave?

You download the whole archive as ZIP files per company and year, with an index.csv for every document. What happens on cancellation is on the pricing page.

Run one real month through the app.

A short call, we set up your office and companies with you, and you work through real documents.
