What counts as a document
One successfully read file of up to 10 pages. Each started further block of 10 pages counts as one more — so a 40-page statement is 4 documents. Scans and digital PDFs cost the same.

Setup and annual billing
- Office and Volume: one-time setup €250 — charts of accounts, rules and the export to your program, done with you. Solo has no setup fee.
- Annual billing: 12 months for the price of 10, and no setup fee.
If you cancel
- Download the whole archive as ZIP files per company and year, with an index.csv for every document — €49.00 one-time, after which the data is deleted.
- Or keep the archive only — €9.00 a month: view and export, no uploads or reading.
- Accounting records are kept for 10 years — store the downloaded ZIP files somewhere safe.
Pricing questions
Do I pay per user?
No. Users are included in the plan: Solo 1, Office 5, Volume unlimited. A removed employee does not hold a seat.
What if I go over the documents in a month?
Nothing stops. Extra documents are charged at €0.06 on the next invoice.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Moving to a smaller plan removes nobody automatically, but you cannot invite new people while you are over the plan’s limit.
Is there a free trial?
Access starts with a call and a setup done with you. Request access and we will arrange how to run one real month.
