Import into the company’s accounting program

Entries come out as a file the accounting program imports. Each company in the office may use a different program — export offers the ones you ticked for it.

  • Microinvest Delta

    Microinvest

    Two import paths, both to Microinvest’s published specification: an Import.txt file for Delta Pro’s text import, or an Excel workbook for Microinvest Import Filters. The entries go in with the accounts you reviewed.

  • Ajur

    Bonev Soft

    Bonev Soft publishes a document import for the Purchases and Sales modules, but it does not carry the entries — the accounts come from posting schemes kept in Ajur. Importing entries will be added once Bonev Soft provides its format.

    Commerce Finance

    Business Navigator imports text files through filters built in the program itself. The export is a folder with the period’s clients, suppliers and entries and the ready LedgerKite.ftr filter — counterparties are found by Булстат, and the document type charges the VAT.

    WorkFlow imports text files through an import template (.sk1) built in the program itself. The files and the template for them will be added together.
