Import entries into Microinvest Delta
Two import paths, both to Microinvest’s published specification: an Import.txt file for Delta Pro’s text import, or an Excel workbook for Microinvest Import Filters. The entries go in with the accounts you reviewed.
Local only: the format follows the published specification but has not been checked with an import into a live install yet. Verify it before publishing — docs/website-strategy.md §11.

Steps
- In “Office → Companies → Accounting software”, tick Microinvest Delta for the companies posted into it.
- Create the entries for the period or the selected documents and review them in the “Accounting entries” window.
- Choose “Export” → Microinvest Delta and the variant you use, then the file language and where to save it.
- Import the file into Microinvest Delta — see “Before the first import” below.
- Check what was imported and mark the documents as posted in the app, so they stay out of the next run.
Before the first import
What must be ready in Microinvest Delta for the import to go through:
Microinvest Делта Pro
- In Делта: Операции → Импорт на операции → Импорт от текстов файл (Alt+T) and pick the folder holding Import.txt. The file must be named exactly Import.txt.
- Every account in the file must already exist in the Делта chart of accounts — a missing account stops the import.
- Subaccounts are written with a slash, the way Делта writes them: 401-2 in the chart of accounts becomes 401/2.
- Import into the same company database — Делта does not check that the file belongs to it.
- Amounts are in the books’ currency for their year: leva up to 31.12.2025 and euro from 01.01.2026, converted at the fixed rate of 1.95583.
- Invoices with VAT carry their ЗДДС type: 12 for a purchase with full tax credit, 16 for a sale at 20 %. Documents without VAT go out without one — set it in Делта.
Microinvest Импортни филтри
- Run Microinvest Импортни филтри, choose Делта as the product and this file, and tick that the file contains operations. The settings are read from the „Настройка“ sheet.
- Partners are matched by name and not created by the import — a counterparty missing from Делта, or named differently there, is not recognized.
- Импортни филтри must be registered — Microinvest’s manual says an unregistered copy changes values at random during the import (12.34 may go in as 34.12).
- Every account in the file must already exist in the Делта chart of accounts — a missing account stops the import.
